Keep a link to the source
TLC extracts information using defined, repeatable rules and keeps references to where it came from. Missing or unclear information stays visible.
InfrastructurePeople. Evidence. Better decisions.
Release value. Increase efficiency. Reduce risk.
TLC brings information from contracts, specifications and project records together. See what is required, who is responsible and what needs attention — with a clear route back to the original document.

01 / The foundation
Project information is spread across documents. TLC gives that information structure and connects it to the work it supports.
TLC extracts information using defined, repeatable rules and keeps references to where it came from. Missing or unclear information stays visible.
Link the information to project requirements, work packages and the people responsible. See what it affects and when it needs review.
Give each team a workspace with the information it needs, the questions still to answer and the next review to complete.
AI can help compare information, explore questions and prepare drafts using TLC’s source-linked evidence. Your team makes the decisions and gives approval.
02 / Workspaces for your team
Procurement, engineering and legal teams need different views of the same project. TLC’s shared evidence foundation supports workspaces shaped around the work each team does.
Prepare an invitation to tender (ITT): bring together the required documents, identify missing information and prepare a draft pack for review.

Review specifications and engineering records against project requirements, with supporting evidence close at hand.
Bring relevant clauses, supporting documents and outstanding questions together for your legal team.
Keep track of what the contract requires, who is responsible and what needs review as the project progresses.

03 / Follow the evidence
Our current demonstration follows tender preparation using fictional project documents. See how TLC brings the information together, highlights gaps and helps prepare the pack for review.

Technology with a human purpose
Infrastructure decisions bring together commercial, technical and human responsibilities. TLC’s purpose is to make the evidence easier to follow, discuss and use.

A little more detail
No. TLC uses defined, repeatable rules to extract information and keep references to the source. AI is an optional extra for comparing information, exploring questions and preparing drafts.
The Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) workspace lets us explore how your project information fits together and propose changes for review. It helps shape the workspace around your requirements, with a separate decision before changes are applied.
TLC can work with read-only datasets from a range of sources, including document sets supplied from SharePoint, Teams and existing project systems. This lets us start with agreed information without changing the originals. Live connections can be developed as a future integration around your requirements, access permissions and update needs.
We’ll discuss the documents your team uses, where preparation or review takes too much effort, and what you want to improve. Together, we can choose a useful example and agree the next step.
